Apple Tart
Parsley, Bayleef, Thyme for boeuf bourguigon

Ingredients

  • 1 cup castor sugar
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 tablespoons butter or Margarine
  • ¼ cup milk
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 cup flour
  • 1 small can of tart apples
  • Pinch of salt

For the sauce

  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 tablespoons butter

Step by Step Instructions

Mix butter and sugar well.

Add eggs one at a time and mix well.

Add flour, baking powder, and salt

Mix with ¼ cup milk

Add the mixture to two baking pans and add apples on top.

Bake for 30 minutes in the over at 350° or until cooked.

For the sauce: Simply mix and cook sauce ingredients and add to the top of the tart.
