Ingredients
- 500g Fresh broccoli
- 1 Onion (Chopped)
- 250ml Sunflower seeds
- 250ml Seedless raisins
- 250g Rindless bacon
Dressing
- 125ml Lemon juice
- 250ml Oil
- 15ml Sugar
- 5ml Mustard powder
- 5ml Celery salt or Salt
Step by Step Instructions
Wash and chop raw broccoli.
Add chopped onion, sunflower seeds and raisins.
Fry bacon until crisp, chop and add to salad.
Combine dressing ingredients well with a wisk.
Pour over salad and toss well.
Chill for 2 – 3 hours for best results.
