Bev’s Quick Pizza Base

Making pizza should be fun, and this quick and easy pizza dough recipe is the perfect way to get going with a yummy base.

Ingredients
- 500mls self raising flour
- Pinch salt
- 125mls oil
- 150mls boiling water
Step by Step Instructions
Mix ingredients together to form a soft dough. The only real “work” you’ll be doing is kneading the dough, but there are lots of ways to make the kneading fun, and make sure you don’t over knead.
Press dough onto a greased baking tray.
Spread with a tomato base and topping of your choice.
Bake at 180 C for 25 to 30min.
