Ingredients
- Cup (125g) Self raising flour
- Pinch of salt
- 1 Tsb Castor sugar
- 3/4 Cup (185ml) Milk
- 1 Egg
- 30g Butter
Step by Step Instructions
Sift flour, pinch salt and castor sugar.
Make a well in center.
Gradually whisk in the combined egg and milk until batter is smooth and free of lumps,
Heat a non-stick frying pan.
Place the butter in 2-3 sheets of paper towel, scrunch into a bundle and use to grease the pan.
Drop level Tablespoons of batter into the pan.
Cook until small bubbles begin to appear on the surface and the underneath is golden brown.
Turn over and cook the other side.
