Cheese Scones
Parsley, Bayleef, Thyme for boeuf bourguigon


  • 1 Heaped Cup Flour
  • 1 Cup Milk
  • 1 Heaped Cup Grated Cheddar Cheese
  • 2 Heaped teaspoon Baking Powder
  • Pinch of salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon Black Pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon Paprika
  • 1 Handful chopped parsley

Step by Step Instructions

Pre-heat the oven to 220°C and lightly grease a muffin tray.

Place all ingredients into a bowl and mix well. Mixture must be sticky, if to dry or to smooth, add more milk/flour.

Spoon the mixture into the baking tray. Bake for 15 min.

Optional: Add a cup of frozen corn, or a cup of chopped sausage or ham, or half of each to the mixture.
