Coconut Bread

A sweet coconut-based bread to be enjoyed with tea or as a dessert.

Coconut Bread
Parsley, Bayleef, Thyme for boeuf bourguigon


  • 2 1/2 Cups Flour
  • 2 Tsp Baking powder
  • 2 Eggs
  • 150g Grated coconut
  • 1 Cup sugar
  • 1 Tsp cinnamon
  • 1 Tsp Vanilla
  • 75g Butter
  • 300ml Milk

Step by Step Instructions

Pre-heat the oven to 180°C and lightly grease a loaf tin.

Mix all ingredients together.

Pour mixture into a greased loaf tin bake for 1 hour at 180°C.

Optional: Dust with some additional coconut shavings or gratings. Use icing sugar or syrup to stick.
