This dead-simple cream cheese icing recipe is perfect for topping off cakes or any of your other baking goodies and takes only a few minutes to prepare
- 60ml Icing Sugar
- 250g Cream Cheese (Philadelphia is best)
- 5 ml Vanilla essence
Step by Step Instructions
Leave the cream cheese to reach room temperature
Sift the icing sugar, add soft cream cheese, mix well with an electric mixer until smooth, add vanilla essence.
