Creamy Asparagus Pasta
Parsley, Bayleef, Thyme for boeuf bourguigon


  • 10ml olive oil
  • 1 onion chopped finely
  • 250g mushroom
  • 200g asparagus
  • 300ml cream
  • ¼ packet white onion soup
  • 1 clove crushed garlic
  • Fresh black pepper
  • 500g Pasta
  • Grated Parmesan
  • Optional: Parma Ham

Step by Step Instructions

Heat oil and sauté onions. Add mushroom, cook for 5min then add garlic. Season and add fresh black pepper.

Add in asparagus, chopped into chunks. Add cream, reduce until lightly browned, then add in white onion soup to thicken. Season with salt add fresh black pepper.

Boil Pasta for 10 mins until soft, and add cream sauce, mix with pasta before serving.

Add chopped parma ham, as an option, and serve topped with grated Parmesan.
