This creamy home made liqueur is the perfect treat on a cold day. This recipe uses some traditional South African Nestle milk products.

Home-made Coffee Liqueur

Ingredients

  • 1 tin nestle condensed milk (397g)
  • 1 egg
  • 10ml instant coffee (Nescafe recommended)
  • 1 tin nestle cream (310g)
  • 10mls vanilla essence
  • 200ml brandy

Step by Step Instructions

Combine condensed milk, cream, egg and vanilla in a bowl, and beat lightly.

Dissolve coffee in brandy.

Add to cream mixture and beat well.

Pour though a tea strainer into a sealable bottle and store in refrigerator.

Shake well before using. Can be stored for up to 3 weeks in the refrigerator.
