Condensed milk biscuits are one of the most popular snacks among our family, and they usually make their way to the table when we’re having guests. Condensed milk was considered as substitutes to milk products to minimize milk fat content in many countries, but is now used as a regular ingredient in desserts.
Ingredients
- 500g butter
- 1 cup castor sugar
- 1 tin condensed milk
- 750g self raising flour
- Pinch of salt
Step by Step Instructions
Cream butter and sugar.
Add condensed milk, flour and salt.
Roll into balls and flatten with a fork.
Sprinkle with hundreds and thousands, chocolate or cherries.
Preheat oven at 150° and bake for 10-14 min.
When cooked place on a drying rack to cool.
Makes about 100 biscuits recipe can be halved.
