Meg’s Chocolate Biscotti
About this Recipe
The perfect luncheon snack. Serve this chocolate biscotti with some tea or coffee, and enjoy with good company.
- 2 eggs
- Pinch salt
- 125g sugar
- 150g flour
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 50g coco powder
- Cashew nuts (1 packet)
Step by Step Instructions
Cream eggs, salt and sugar till light and fluffy.
Add sifted flour, baking powder and coco.
Add toasted nuts
Roll into roll and flatten using icing sugar.
Bake at 175° for 5 minute then 150 for 15 minute slice and dry in oven for 10 minute
Optional: Instead of cashews and coco use almonds and lemon zest.
