A classic Indian naan bread recipe, perfect for your home made curry.
- 256g self raising flour
- 2 tablespoons yogurt
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 115ml tepid water
- 50ml melted butter
Step by Step Instructions
Preheat the oven to the highest setting, and heat an oven tray in the oven.
Mix yogurt, salt, and water together add to flour to make a dough.
Kneed until smooth
Prove in a warm place covered with a wet tea towel for 30min.
Roll dough into egg-sized balls, roll out flat and thin as possible in oblong teardrop shape, brush with melted butter if desired.
Cook for 2 min at high temp on the preheated tray or in a pizza oven
