Roast Chicken Christmas Stuffing
Parsley, Bayleef, Thyme for boeuf bourguigon

Ingredients

  • 4 Slices bread (crumbed)
  • 4 Pork Sausages (skin removed)
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 Small Chopped Onion
  • Bunch of chopped Parsley
  • Salt, Pepper, Garlic salt and paprika

Step by Step Instructions

Combine all ingredients with hands, and stuff chicken before roasting.

* For special occasion stuffing (Chicken at Christmas) add chopped pistachio nuts and chopped and fried bacon pieces. This makes a much richer, indulgent stuffing.
