Ingredients
- 4 Slices bread (crumbed)
- 4 Pork Sausages (skin removed)
- 1 Egg
- 1 Small Chopped Onion
- Bunch of chopped Parsley
- Salt, Pepper, Garlic salt and paprika
Step by Step Instructions
Combine all ingredients with hands, and stuff chicken before roasting.
* For special occasion stuffing (Chicken at Christmas) add chopped pistachio nuts and chopped and fried bacon pieces. This makes a much richer, indulgent stuffing.
