Salmon Mousse


  • 2 tin Salmon in oil
  • 1 ½ packets (10g) gelatine dissolve in water
  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • 250 ml cream
  • 1 onion
  • 2 teaspoon lemon juice
  • 1 chicken stock cube
  • Salt and pepper

Step by Step Instructions

Dissolve gelatine in a cup of water microwave for 10 seconds. When dissolved add stock cube

In a blender chop onions then fish

Add rest of the ingredients blend till smooth

Place in a greased tin and place in fridge to set
