About this Recipe
Delicious light and fluffy traditional cinnamon sugar pancakes, ready to be eaten with syrup or a topic of your own of choice.
Ingredients
- 1 cup (125g) flour
- Pinch of salt
- 1 egg
- 300 ml milk
- 30g butter
- Cinnamon Sugar
- Lemon Juice
Step by Step Instructions
Sift flour and a pinch of salt. Make a well in the center. Gradually whisk in the combined egg and milk until the batter is smooth and free of lumps. Set aside for 30 min.
Heat a non-stick frying pan. Use some scrunched up paper towel & dip into butter & lightly grease the pan. Repeat this step between each pancake.
Transfer batter into a jug for easier pouring. Pour batter in the pan and swirl around. If necessary add extra milk to thin the batter. When the edges curl, flip over and brown the other side.
Serve with Cinnamon sugar & lemon juice.
